You are kindly invited to participate in EAA SASP 2019 by contributing a paper for an oral or poster presentation. At EAA SASP 2019 conference, you will get the opportunity to present and share your scientific work with a large and worldwide audience from your area of work.
Becoming part of the conference proceedings, your paper will remain visible in open access in the long term and be accessible online to everyone without limitations.

Submission information
Submitting an abstract (500 - 750 words) is a requirement for all contributions.
Only contributions in English will be accepted.
When submitting your abstract, please choose the corresponding topic and session which suit best for your paper. [ Overview of sessions ]
If you have been invited by a session chair, please choose that same session. Authors of contributed papers can submit their paper either to a special session or to the general session which exists in every topic.
The final composition of each session will be decided together with the session chairs.
The last possible abstract submission date is March 8, 2019.
Final Paper
From April 30 until July 1, you can submit the final paper of your presentation for the conference proceedings. Please understand that this deadline is a hard deadline and cannot be extended due to technical reasons.
Final papers are 4-6 pages.
