The poster should be standard A0 size, which means that the poster should not exceed 841mm wide and 1189mm high (vertical).
Please note that you must bring your completed poster to the Congress yourself. There will be NO facility to print or prepare the poster at the Congress. However, there are some copy shops close to the university campus.
Poster Forum
Posters will be presented on the entrance floor foyer, next to the conference hall.
A dedicated Poster Forum will take place on Saturday, Sept-7, 12:00 in order to turn the spotlight exclusively on the poster presentations.
During the time of the Poster Forum, the corresponding authors are asked to be available next to their posters as it will give them the chance to discuss and explain their poster, answer questions and establish new contacts.
When do I place / remove my poster?
Please place your printed poster before the Poster Forum on Saturday, Sept-7, 12:00. Materials for fixing the posters will be provided.
Please remove your poster before Saturday, Sept-7, 16:30.
